Το έργο θέτει υπό αμφισβήτηση την ταυτότητα και την εσωτερική πραγματικότητα του δημιουργού, μεταμορφώνοντας τη φύση του σε μια εφιαλτική/ονειρική κατάσταση συνεχούς και διαχρονικής μεταμόρφωσης. Η εξερεύνηση του ίδιου του εαυτού αποκαλύπτει την αρχέγονη αστάθεια της ατομικής ύπαρξης: τα πρόσωπα ηθοποιών και ηθοποιών γίνονται ο καθρέφτης μιας ψυχικής κατάστασης, στην οποία το σώμα και το μυαλό προβάλλουν τον βαθύ ψυχισμό σε έναν υγροποιημένο κόσμο, συγχωνεύοντας αυτό που υπήρξε με αυτό που δεν θα υπάρξει ποτέ, και αυτό που δεν υπήρξε ποτέ με αυτό που υπήρξε πάντα, υποσυνείδητα.
